Valoración económica del rescate del río San Bernardino, Texcoco, Estado de México como belleza natural y recurso hídrico

Abstract

El río San Bernardino presenta un estado completo de contaminación y como consecuencia de la ausencia de agua, el cauce sirve para descargar aguas residuales no tratadas y el depósito de sólidos que se presentan en amontonamiento de basura, llantas, automóviles desvalijados, escombro que como resultado se tiene una pérdida del ecosistema y un foco de infección, siendo esto un problema a la salud de la sociedad. Por tal motivo se realiza una Valorización económica del rescate del río San Bernardino, Texcoco; Estado de México como belleza natural y recurso hídrico, mediante el método de valoración contingente, que estima expresiones de valor por parte de los habitantes entrevistados de las comunidades del río San Bernardino mediante encuestas, el modelo estadístico empleado fue el Tobit. El modelo que mejor se ajusto para explicar la variable Disposición a Pagar mensual tiene cuatro variables significativas, las cuales son: Ingreso, Si se enfermaron por las condiciones que presenta el río, el sexo masculino en los encuestados y si se dedicaban al comercio. La Disposición a Pagar mensual promedio es de $51.42 (cincuenta y un pesos 42/100 M.N,) por habitante de la subcuenca del río San Bernardino. El modelo que mejor se ajusto para explicar la variable Disposición a Aceptar mensual tiene dos variables significativas, las cuales son: Ingreso y número de personas que habitan en la casa. La Disposición a Aceptar mensual promedio es de $162.33 (ciento sesenta y dos pesos 33/100 M.N.) por habitante de la subcuenca del río San Bernardino. _______________ ECONOMIC VALUATION OF THE RESCUE OF THE RIVER SAN BERNARDINO, TEXCOCO, STATE OF MEXICO AS NATURAL BEAUTY AND WATER RESOURCE. ABSTRACT: The river San Bernardino presents a complete condition of pollution and as consequence of the water absence, the riverbed serves to unload not treated waste water and the warehouse of solid that appear in heaping of garbage, rims, robbed cars, I clear that as result there is had a loss of the ecosystem and an area of infection, being this a problem to the health of the company. For such a motive San Bernardino carries out an economic Valuation of the rescue of the river, Texcoco; State of Mexico like natural beauty and water resource, by means of the method of valuation fix quotas, that estimates expressions of value on the part of the inhabitants interviewed of the communities of the river San Bernardino by means of surveys. The model that better I fit to explain the variable willingness to pay monthly has four significant variables, which are: income, If they fell ill for the conditions that the river presents, the masculine sex in the polled ones and if they were devoting themselves to the trade. The Disposition to pay monthly average is of $51.42 (fifty a pesos forty two cents) for inhabitant of the subbasin of the river San Bernardino. The model that better I fit to explain the variable Disposition to agree monthly has two significant variables, which are: Revenue and number of persons who live in the house. The Disposition to accept monthly average is of $162.33 (hundred sixty two pesos thirty three cents) for inhabitant of the subbasin of the river San Bernardino.
