| dc.description.abstract | En la presente tesis se muestran resultados obtenidos sobre la migración de un grupo transnacional en el proceso de adaptación e integración de sus miembros, ya que la migración transnacional es un fenómeno que ha retomado gran importancia a nivel mundial, y ha sido un medio para el desarrollo de comunidades rurales, como es el caso del estado mexicano de Zacatecas, porque este estado, entre otros, es de los principales expulsores de emigrantes masculinos desde el
siglo veinte, y femeninos en la actualidad. Esto ha permitido que est@s emigrantes se organicen en clubes y federaciones como la Federación de Clubes Zacatecanos en el Sur de California. Sus integrantes han tenido que adoptar, usar y dominar el idioma inglés como un medio en el proceso de adaptación e
integración en una sociedad multicultural bilingüe, en la migración transnacional y
en el éxito obtenido como organización.
El objetivo general del trabajo es analizar el rol de esta Federación en el bilingüismo, la migración transnacional, las redes sociales y el proceso de adaptación e integración de sus miembros, en el ámbito social, cultural,
económico, político y educativo. Por medio del presente documento se comprueba que la Federación de Clubes Zacatecanos en el Sur de California es una organización que ha avanzado hacia las prácticas y demandas binacionales, de tal manera que el manejo del idioma inglés es condición para jugar un papel más destacado como agentes sociales de transformación en dichos ámbitos._________In this paper there are the results obtained on the transnational group migration of in the adaptation process and integration of their members, being the transnational migration a phenomenon that has retaken great importance at world-wide level,
and has been means for the development of rural communities, as it is the case of
the Mexican State Zacatecas, being this state, among others, one of the main extractors of masculine emigrants in the 20th Century and feminine today. This significant fact has allowed that the emigr@nts organize in clubs and bunds the Federation of Zacatecan Clubs at the South of California, that in their process of integration, their members have had to adaptive, to use and to dominate the English language like means in their process of adaptation and integration in a bilingual multicultural society, in the transnational migration and the success achieved like organization.
The general mission of this study is to analyze the roll of this Federation in the bilingualism, the transnational migration, the social networks and the process of adaptation and integration of its members, in the social, cultural, economic, political and educative scopes. By means of this paper is verified that the Federation of Zacatecan Clubs at the South of California is an organization who has advanced towards the practices and binational demands, in such a way that the handling of
the English language is a condition to play an outstanding roll but like social agents of transformation in these scopes. | es |
